WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL DAY?
For model off duty days, I start the day with a chai and Keeping Up With the Kardashians in the morning - it calms me down as I deal with anxiety. Then head to the gym for 2 hours (weight training) and afterwards a rest & admin catch up. Then a walk/run and later on movies with my guinea pig and housemate to finish off the day.
When I’m working/shooting I workout earlier in the morning around 6:00 am and switch it up to a dirty chai for early morning starts & then because I am on the go all day I don’t get downtime till late, so by then I usually try to do cardio followed by sleep straight away!

HOW DID YOU GET INTO MODELLING?
I was scouted at a bar and told to send my digitals in - I followed that advice and a week later went into my agency Giant for a meeting and then things went from there with being signed!

THE BEST AND MOST CHALLENGING PART OF YOUR JOB?
I have health issues with endometriosis & adenomyosis, plus some other health complications from childhood surgeries. Staying on top of my health, medication management and making sure I’m able to bring my best movements and energy to set can be a little tough sometimes, especially with upkeep of working out and staying fit. However, I love my job and am blessed beyond to be able to do this.
Every time I feel overwhelmed or challenged I remember that and remember there was a time I was so sick I could barely leave my hospital bed let alone model as a job!
