Styling the 2014 Melbourne Racing Club’s Caulfield Cup has thus far been a defining moment in my career. I was so privileged to style and work with Caulfield Cup’s Style Ambassador Nicole Warne, Social Ambassador Scherri Lee Biggs, Television presenter Rhys Ulrich and superstar, DJ Havana Brown.
If styling this crew wasn’t enough, the team at Melbourne Racing Club also had me judge the finals for the Caulfield Cup Chadstone Fashion Stakes. It was so hard choosing a winner as each and every contestant made racing fashion their own. I know people often say everyone deserves to win, but I really did feel that way!
After a long but exciting few weeks the final day of the Caulfield extravaganza had me styling five people (not to be forgotten, I needed to wear something too)
With the help of Melbourne Racing Club’s premium fashion partner, David Jones, I fortunately had some of our countries best designers to choose from.
I’ve loved every minute working with the Melbourne Racing Club throughout 2014 and I hope to do it all again next year.
